This notice explains what personal information Himalayan Brothers (“we”) collects through this website and when you plan a trip with us, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Trip, taxi and activity enquiries: these forms open WhatsApp on your device with your details filled in. The website itself does not store them. If you send the message, we receive it on WhatsApp.
- Contact form: your name, mobile number, email address and message, so we can reply to you.
- For your trip: the names and ID details we need for hotel check-ins and permits, such as the Inner Line Permit for foreign nationals.
- Analytics: if analytics are enabled, anonymous usage data (pages visited, device type) through Google Tag Manager.
How we use it
We use your information only to answer your enquiry, plan and run your trip, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to buddhahouse@hotelhimalayanbrothers.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
