Two brothers start out
A small jewellery business in Puttaparthi, then years working as mountain guides in the Himalaya.
Himalayan Brothers is a family business led by two brothers, Chhobyang Singhe and Basudev Boudh. They guided travellers through the mountains before they ever ran a hotel. When guests kept asking for somewhere warm and local to stay, they opened one.
Today we run five hotels across Dharamshala, Spiti and the Sach Pass road. With himalayanbrothers.com we’re going back to where we started: planning the journey as well as the stay.
