## Enquiries and quotes

- Enquiries are free. We reply on WhatsApp with an itinerary and a quote, usually the same day.
- A trip is confirmed only when you and our planner have agreed the dates, the itinerary and the price.

## Travel documents

- Indian citizens need a valid photo ID. Foreign nationals need an Inner Line Permit for the Kinnaur stretch near the border, checked at Sumdo; we apply for it as part of your booking.
- Permit rules change. We confirm them with the district office before you travel.

## Health and altitude

- Some routes sleep above 3,500 m. Tell us about any health conditions when you enquire, and check with your doctor before travelling to high altitude.

## Safety and changes on the road

- Paragliding is only with registered operators and certified pilots. Treks are led by local guides, with route changes when the weather turns.
- High-pass drives are timed for the safest part of the day. We may change a route, swap a day or turn back when the weather or the road makes it unsafe.
- Travel insurance is not included in our trips.
