# Cancellation & refund policy

## How booking works

- There is no payment on this website. A local planner confirms your dates, itinerary and price with you on WhatsApp first.
- Your quote lists what is included, what is not, and the cancellation terms for your trip. Please read it before you confirm.

## Weather, roads and passes

- Mountain roads and passes can close at short notice. We keep buffer time in our plans and confirm the road status before each high-pass crossing.
- If we cancel an activity for weather, we reschedule it or refund it in full.
- Extra nights caused by road closures are not included in trip prices.

## Nights at our hotels

Nights at Buddha House, Quartz, Samdupling, Spiti Villa and Diwan Sachpass follow the hotels’ own [cancellation policy](https://www.hotelhimalayanbrothers.com/cancellation-policy).
